Personalized Glassware Information

The price for the item is the same, regardless of which design you choose. Every design can be customized with the names and date for your affair.

Printing Colors

Set-Up Charge: $33 for each job run (in addition to the per piece cost).

Damages: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO REPLACE DAMAGED PIECES ON SCREEN PRINTED ITEMS. WE CAN ONLY OFFER CREDIT. Please be sure to order enough pieces to cover all contingencies.

Custom Artwork:

• There is a 200 piece minimum for custom art work. There is a $45 setup charge if you provide ready to print art, e-mailed to us. We cannot do any graphic design work for you. Any custom order must be accompanied by completely finished artwork and text.
• Artwork must be at least 2.5 x 2.5 inches in size, and solid 1-bit black & white. Formats which are preferred include vector based: Adobe Illustrator CS 4 (.ai), .eps. Vector graphics use points, lines, curves, and shapes, which are all based on mathematical equations. These mathematical equations represent images in graphic programs like Adobe Illustrator. This allows the graphics to be crisp and clear, unlike formats which use pixels, like .jpg. Please convert all text to curves, paths or outlines as well.
• We cannot process artwork that contains colors, halftones, or shades of gray. Please convert all type to curves, paths or outlines. We can accept compressed files using Win-Zip only.

Placing Orders: All orders for personalized merchandise MUST be placed through our website. We will not accept personalization information on the telephone. Standard delivery is approximately 10-15 business days + transit time on all personalized or decorated merchandise. This will vary depending on the time of the season.
